    Read your complaint on Fraudulentzo etc, Liberty Steward, and concerned that my attorney whom I am very displeased with was involved. I have a misdemeanor case and Garde has told me he thinks I am guilty of criminal harassment. Why have an attorney who says he does not believe you?
    I am wondering if you are still getting email, and hope you might talk with me a little about this. Am trying to find an attorney who does not side with the contemptable police departments and the District Attorneys.
    Have any names of attorneys that I might try?
    Am 69 years old and living a nightmare. Not sure who to trust. Found one attorney who might be interested but charges $375 an hour, and she will end up owning the equity in my house.

      Garde is a wolf in sheeps clothing. He has requested a mental competency eval because I did not recognize him when he came to my home and I was working with a guy on my roof trying to find the leak. My eyes did not accomodate the light from bright to ground instantly, and I saw a man walking toward me and I asked who he was. When he said his name I laughed and said, yes I recognized him. I then showed him where the neighbors left my property and he said nothing. The next time I talked with him he was livid that I did not recognize him and that he was very concerned. I couldn't believe his anger. You would think the relationship was personal. For this, I am referred for an evalution? He was angry with my questions, and is helping the Corrales police and DA.
      The court record has a D indicating Defense attorney requested the evaluation, but Garde denies it. There is no record of any DA assigned to my case, so why is she there at the impromptu meeting? This is not a commitment, and no one is in danger. Why no notice filed to give time for all parties to prepare for this hearing? I was blindsided.
      The court record has no Motion filed for a mental competency eval, there are no supporting documents since none exist, the DA used short terms that she threw in the air, "she's talking about sex with animals" out of context as I wrote the Mayor in Corrales a year ago and asked that the Village support Senator Martinez's committee who were drafting new animal protection laws to include making beastiality a felony. This is outrageous. She is irresponsible to make such careless statements without having anything to support them. The Police played a cassette of me talking to myself on my own mini-cassette, where I said, "Maybe if I changed my name to Chihuahua I would be treated better", a tape where I am joking and enjoying my own humor. (Garde said he would find out where he got it, and then instantly starts making excuses that I was talking to Dispatch?) You know who he is representing.
      Does this mean I am mentally incompetent to jest to myself about having a dogs name after a town in Mexico?
      Only a five minute pow-wow in the Magistrate Judges chambers and I am not permitted to speak, and an order sent to District Court asking for an eval.
      Then the District Court enters an order with no hearing and no supporting documents. Garde sends me the order after two weeks has expired, after appeal of the order is now at issue.
      Why is he not demanding due process, and demanding evidence from the prosecution to support their request? I have never even a traffic ticket since I moved here 13 years ago, and this?
      Garde will be reported to the Bar Association. Did anyone report him to the Bar when he was involved in redistricting the zones on the planning maps? He should have been and still can be.
      Anyone who can offer me some information or referral to a honest and sincere attorney please give me their name. I am currently looking and have found that attorney's protect other attorneys. They will not speak that they violated any rules, etc. OK, but then tell me how you will reverse this mess.
